HOME INSPECTION
We offer the very best professional home inspections because, with our decades of experience, we know precisely what we're doing. We believe in transparency through home inspection. Meaning, we provide comprehensive, easy to read, detailed reports, using multiple videos and photos for a clear understanding of your investment. In addition, we use infrared imaging technology so that we can find things that are unseen to the naked eye.
About Our Home Inspections
Cal-Spec Home Inspections operates under this foremost theme: “We conduct each home inspection as if we were inspecting it for ourselves”. Each inspection is accompanied by a comprehensive color report with digital photo’s and a separate summary report that is easy to read. We always use a Flir Thermal Imaging Camera to scan the house for current leaks. We will walk you through the property at the end of the inspection and give you a full consultation as to our findings. Your report will be emailed out to you the next business day. Peace Of Mind Not just any inspector can give you peace of mind. All inspectors and inspections are not alike and do not use the technology we have invested in. We also have decades of experience as a Licensed General Contractor with real time hands on experience in all building trades! Cal-Spec identifies the condition of the home and its components. Our inspection report will give you a good general idea of the condition of the house that you are purchasing. This also allows you to plan for needed repairs, future investments and upgrades.
